When posting a listing, the following data is collected:

• Full name — displayed publicly on the listing
• Email address — displayed publicly so you can be contacted
• Phone number (optional) — displayed publicly if provided
• Listing title, description, keywords — displayed publicly
• Category and location — used for filtering listings

This data is displayed publicly on the site once the listing is approved. Do not publish information you do not wish to make public.

3. Purposes and legal basis

Your data is processed for the following purposes:

• Publishing your listing on the platform (legal basis: consent — Art. 6.1.a GDPR)
• Content moderation to ensure quality and safety (legal basis: legitimate interest — Art. 6.1.f GDPR)
• Protection against automated submissions via Cloudflare Turnstile (legal basis: legitimate interest)

4. Data recipients

Your data is shared with the following sub-processors, strictly within the scope of operating the service:

• Supabase Inc. — database storage (servers in Ireland, EU) Privacy policy

No data is sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

Your data is retained for as long as your listing is active on the platform. It is deleted upon request sent to contact@jesuisutile.fr.
